2027 PROMOTIONS
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Apartments on William (“AOW”) offers selected promotional campaigns for the 2027 academic year. Each promotion has its own eligibility criteria, deadlines, benefits and conditions.
Promotional offers are subject to availability, eligibility and the applicable Apartments on William 2027 General Terms & Conditions.
Room allocation is on a first come, first served basis. Payment of a Booking Security Fee does not, by itself, secure accommodation. A room is secured only once the applicable Lease Agreement has been signed.
Promotion Eligibility
A student may only qualify for one promotion at a time. Promotions are non‑transferable and may not be combined, overlapped, or applied concurrently. Where multiple promotions are available, the applicant must select a single promotion, and any attempt to cross‑apply or benefit from more than one will result in the automatic forfeiture of all promotional benefits, with standard rental rates applied.
